Dale appointed to 2nd District Court

Utah: Robert J. Dale was appointed by Gov. Herbert to a vacant seat on the Utah Second Judicial District. Dale is a lawyer with the firm Fabian & Clendenin. His nomination is subject to confirmation by the state Legislature.[1]
