Dan C. King

Dan C. King III was a civil division judge of Circuit 10. He served in the Bessemer Division of Jefferson County, Alabama from from 1999 to 2011.[1][2]

King was defeated by Annetta H. Verin in the Democratic runoff. [3]

Biography
Judge King received his B.S. degree from Auburn University and his J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law.[1]
Career
Judge King was admitted to the bar in 1981 and joined the Circuit Court in 1999.[1] On 2007, he was charged with numerous counts of tax, ethics and election violations, but the case was dismissed.[4][5]
