Dan Pellegrini is a judge on the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. He was elected to a ten-year term on the court in November 1989 (effective January 3, 1990[1]) and has been retained to subsequent ten-year terms in 1999 [2] and 2009. [3] His current term will expire in December of 2019.[4]
