Daniel Henry Huyett III (1921-1998) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Huyett was nominated by President Richard Nixon on September 25, 1970, to a new seat created by 84 Stat. 294;[1] he was confirmed by the Senate on October 8, 1970, and received commission on October 15, 1970. He assumed senior status on May 1, 1988. He served the Eastern District of Pennsylvania until his death on May 1, 1998. Huyett was succeeded in this position by Jay Waldman.
