Daniel J. Kelly is the Chief Judge for the 31st Circuit Court, 72nd District Court and St. Clair County Probate Court in Michigan. On November 4, 2008, he was re-elected to his current 6 year term, which ends on January 1, 2015.[1][2]

Education

Kelly received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from Wayne State University.[3]

Career

Kelly was elected to the 72nd District Court in 1982. Gov. Engler appointed him to the 31st Circuit Court in 1994. Kelly has also previously worked for J.A.G. and in private practice.[3]
