David B. Bender is a judge on the Fayette County Probate/Juvenile Court in Ohio. He was appointed to the court by Governor John Kasich to succeed Nancy Drake Hammond. Bender assumed office in May 2011 and was elected to the court in the November 2012 general election to serve out the remainder of Hammond's term which expires on February 8, 2015. [1]
