David C. Morgan is a county judge of the Indian River County Court of Florida. He was elected in 1996 and took office in January of 1997. His current term expires on January 8, 2019.[1]
Education
Morgan received his B.A. degree from Mercer University in 1978 and his J.D. degree from the Walter F. George School of Law in 1981.[1]
Career
Morgan began his career in 1981 as an Assistant State Attorney. He was promoted to Chief Assistant State Attorney in 1992 and worked in that capacity until joining the County Court bench in 1997.[1]
