David Franklin Crow is a judge of the 15th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed by then-Governor Jeb Bush on December 21, 2001 and took office on Feb. 1. He replaced former Judge Howard C. Berman. He ran unopposed and was retained in the August 24, 2010 primary to a 6 year term that ends on January 2, 2017.[1][2][3][4]

Biography

Crow received his B.S.B.A. degree from the University of Florida in 1968. He then spent two years in the U.S. Army prior to law school. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1972.[5]

Career

Crow began his career in 1973 with with firm of O'Connell & Cooper, P.A. The following year, he joined Walton, Lantaff, Schroeder & Carson, P.A., where he worked until 1977. He then helped found the firm of Paxton, Crow, Smith, Bosso-Pardo Davis, P.A., where he practiced until his appointment to the Circuit Court in 2002.[2][5]

2010 election

Crow ran unopposed and was automatically retained to a new term.[3]
