David Glover

David M. Glover is a judge on the Arkansas Court of Appeals. He serves District 4, Position 2. Per Act 1812 of 2003, District 4 is composed of Clark, Garland, Hempstead, Hot Spring, Howard, Little River, Logan, Miller, Montgomery, Pike, Polk, Scott, Sebastian, Sevier, and Yell counties. ^[1]

Biography

Judge Glover earned his BA in 1966 and his JD in 1969 from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville. ^[2]

Legal career

From 1971-2004, Glover was in private practice for the Glover Law Firm in Malvern, Arkansas. From 2003-2004, Glover served as District Judge for the Malvern District Court. ^[2]
