David Gorbaty

David S. Gorbaty is a justice on the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. He took office on January of 2001.^[1]

Biography

Judge Gorbaty received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University. He went on to receive his J.D. degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU in 1973.^[1][2]

Legal career

Judge Gorbaty began his judicial career on the 34th Judicial District Court in St. Bernard Parish.^[2]
