David Hulbert is a former Superior Court judge who lost his seat in 2004 to Eric Z. Lucas. [1]

Hulbert was one of five candidates for an open seat on the Snohomish County Superior Court, Washington. He received only 16.16% of the vote in the November 3, 2009 general election, losing to Joe Wilson. [2]
