David K. Plummer is a judge on the Wyoming County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania. He was elected in 2011 to a term that expires in 2018.

2011 election

Plummer won the Republican and Democratic party primaries for a seat on the Wyoming County Magisterial District Court on May 17 receiving 29.8% and 33.3% of the vote respectively.[1] He defeated Timothy M. Michaels in the general election, winning 50.42% of the vote. [2]
