David Keith Winder (1932-2009) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Utah.

Winder was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on November 1, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 4, 1979, and received commission two days later. He served as chief judge from 1993 until he assumed senior status on June 8, 1997. He served until his death on May 19, 2009[1]. Winder was succeeded in this position by Dale Kimball.
