Dean R. Brett is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Judge Brett is serving on a part-time basis. He was appointed on June 23, 2005.[1]

Biography and Education

Dean Brett was born on June 13, 1946 in Wenatchee, Washington. He received his B.A. degree from Whitman College in 1968 and his J.D. degree from Stanford University in 1972.[2]

Career

In addition to his judicial activities, Judge Brett is a senior partner with the firm Brett & Coats, Personal Injury Attorneys, PLLC.[2]
