Delaware man has bond raised after suicide attempt

Delaware: New Castle County Superior Court Judge Richard Stokes has raised the bail of Thomas Ott, a former high school football coach accused of raping a teenage girl, after he posted bail in April and attempted to commit suicide by jumping of a building. Once Ott is released from the hospital his bail will be changed from $177,500 secured to $250,000 cash.[1]
