Biography
A native of New Orleans, Judge Bagneris is a graduate of St. Augustine High School and Xavier University in 1970 (B.A. History/Political Science). He later earned a Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling from Xavier University and his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School in 1981.[1]
