Diane Gordon-Cannon is a judge of the Cook Circuit Court in Illinois.[1] She was first elected to the court in November of 1996 and retained to her seat in 2002 and 2008.[2] She was most recently retained in 2014 for a term that expires on December 6, 2020.[3]

Gordon-Cannon ran for retention to the Cook Judicial Circuit Court. The general election took place on November 4, 2014.[3]


In evaluating judicial candidates for retention in 2014, the Illinois State Bar Association was unable to interview Gordon-Cannon.[4]


For her entire legal career prior to her judicial election in 1996, Gordon-Cannon was an assistant state's attorney for Cook County.[2]
