Donald L. Howard is a judge on the Orphans Court of Somerset County in Maryland.[1] He was re-elected on November 2, 2010 to a 4 year term on this court, ending in 2014.[2][3]

Howard was re-elected (along with Betsy S. Schrock and John R. Somers) in the general election on November 2, 2010. He received 25.27% of the vote.[2][4]
