Edgar Winters Hillyer (1830-1882) was a federal judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.

He was nominated by President Ulysses Grant on December 15, 1869. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 21, 1869, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on May 10, 1882.[1]
