Elias Glenn was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He was nominated by President James Monroe on December 16, 1824. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 3, 1825, and received commission that same day. He resigned on April 1, 1836.[1] Glenn was succeeded by Upton Scott Heath.
