Escambia County encompasses the 21st Circuit of Alabama.[1]
The people of Escambia County are served by a Circuit Court, District Court, Probate Court and two Municipal Courts.
The United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama has jurisdiction in Escambia County. Appeals from the Southern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
