Ewing Thomas Kerr (1900-1992) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.

Kerr received a recess appointment from President Dwight Eisenhower on October 22, 1955, to a seat vacated by Thomas Blake Kennedy; he was nominated on January 12, 1956, confirmed by the Senate on March 1, 1956, and received his commission on March 2nd. He assumed senior status on September 26, 1975, and served in that capacity until his death on July 1, 1992[1]. Kerr was succeeded in this position by Clarence Brimmer.
