F.A. Little, Jr. (1936-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
Little was nominated to the Western District of Louisiana by President Ronald Reagan on September 11, 1984, to a seat vacated by Nauman Scott; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 11, 1984, and received commission the next day. From 1996-2002, he served as the chief judge. He assumed senior status on May 30, 2002. He served the Western District of Louisiana until his retirement on May 15, 2006. [1] Little was succeeded in this position by Dee Drell.
