Family court judge eyes County court position

Beacon, New York: Judge Peter M. Forman, of the Dutchess County Family Court, has announced his intentions to run for a position on the Dutchess County Court in the fall of 2010. He hopes to replace Judge Gerald V. Hayes, who will not be seeking another term.[1]
