Ferdinand N. Shurtleff
Shurtleff was nominated to the Board by President Benjamin Harrison. He was confirmed on July 18, 1890.[1] He was removed from his seat by a March 3, 1899 order of President William McKinley, effective on the appointment of his successor on March 15, 1899. [2]
