The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission is a judicial disciplinary agency in Florida.
Organization
The Commission is made up of 15 members: Two judges of district courts of appeal, two circuit judges, two judges of county courts, four attorneys, and five members of the public. The judges are chosen by their respective courts, the attorneys are chosen by the governing body of the bar of Florida, and five members of the public are appointed by the governor.[1]
