Francis Arthur Garrecht

Francis Arthur Garrecht (1870-1948) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on May 4, 1933 to replace Frank H. Rudkin. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 16th, and received commission on May 19th. He served on this court until his death on August 11, 1948.
