Frank Altimari

Frank X. Altimari (1928-1998) was a judge of several state and federal courts in New York, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Altimari was nominated to the Second Circuit by President Ronald Reagan on October 23, 1985. The U.S. Senate confirmed him on December 16, 1985.

Eastern District of New York

Altimari also served on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He was nominated to that court by Reagan on November 23, 1982; his service in this court ended on December 23, 1985 when he elevated to the Second Circuit.
