Frank Hull

Frank Hull is a Federal Appeals Judge with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Hull joined the Court in 1997 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton.
Early Life and Education
Born in Augusta, Georgia, Hull graduated from Randolph-Macon Woman's College with her Bachelor's degree in 1970 and later received her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law in 1973.[1]
Legal Career
Hull was a law clerk for Federal Appeals Judge Elbert Tuttle in the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals from 1973 to 1974 before entering private practice in the State of Georgia until 1984. Hull was elected to serve as Georgia State Court Judge for Fulton County, Georgia until 1990 before serving as Superior Court Judge in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia until 1994.[1]

Northern District Court of Georgia
Hull was nominated to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia by President Bill Clinton on February 9, 1994 to a seat vacated by Marvin Shoob. Hull was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on May 6, 1994 by Senate voice vote and received commission on May 9, 1994.[2]
Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals
Hull was nominated to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit by President Bill Clinton on June 18, 1997 to a seat vacated by Phyllis Kravitch. Hull was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on September 4, 1997 on a Senate vote and received commission on September 18, 1997. [3]
