Frank Sigel Dietrich (1863-1930) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.

Judicial career
Ninth Circuit
Dietrich was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge on December 22, 1926 to replace Wallace McCamant. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 3, 1927, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on October 2, 1930.[1]
District of Idaho
Dietrich received a recess appointment from President Theodore Roosevelt on March 19, 1907 to fill a seat vacated by James Helmick Beatty. On December 3rd of that year, he was officially nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 17th, and received commission that same day. He served on this court until January 18, 1927.[1] Dietrich was succeeded in this position by Charles Cheatham Cavanah.
