Fred Santucci

Fred T. Santucci is a judge on the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department. He has served on this division since 1992.[1]

Biography

Judge Santucci was born in 1934. He received his undergraduate degree from Adelphi College in 1955 and his J.D. degree from New York Law School in 1957.[1][2]

Legal career

Judge Santucci worked as a private practice lawyer from 1957 through 1973. He also served as legal counsel for two legislative committees at the New York Constitutional Convention in 1967. He became a judge on the New York City Civil Court in 1974. In 1979, he became a Supreme Court Justice. He was the Presiding Justice of the Medical Malpractice Panel Part from 1980 to 1987 and he served on the Appellate Term from 1988 to 1992. He currently serves in the Appellate Division.[1][2]
