Fred M. Winner (1912-2003) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Colorado[1].

Winner was nominated by President Richard Nixon on December 8, 1970, to a new seat created by 84 Stat. 294; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 16, 1970, and received commission two days later. He served as chief judge from 1976 until he assumed senior status on April 8, 1982. He retired on August 1, 1984[1]. Winner was succeeded in this position by John Porfilio.
