Gary Fenner is a Federal Article III judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. He joined the court in 1996 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton.[1]

Education

Fenner graudated from Kansas with his bachelor's degree in 1970 and later graduated from Kansas City Law with his J.D. in 1973.[1]

Fenner was nominated by President Bill Clinton on December 13, 1995, to a seat vacated by Scott Olin Wright as Wright assumed senior status. Fenner was confirmed by the Senate on July 10, 1996, and received commission on July 25, 1996.[2]
