Gary Hicks

Gary E. Hicks has been an associate justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court since January 30, 2006. He was nominated to the court by Democratic Governor John Lynch, and replaced Senior Associate Justice Joseph Nadeau.[1]
Biography
Justice Hicks graduated from Bucknell University in 1975 and Boston University Law School in 1978.[1]
Legal career
For 23 years and up to his Superior Court appointment, Justice Hicks practiced at the law firm of Wiggin & Nourie. He was then appointed to the Superior Court by then-Governor Jeanne Shaheen.[1]
