George Eddy Downey

George Eddy Downey (1860-1926) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.

Downey was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Woodrow Wilson. He was commissioned on August 3, 1915, and served until his death on May 24, 1926.[1]
