Education
Peck received his B.A. degree from Hofstra University in 1964, his J.D. degree from St. John's University in 1966 and his LL.M. degree from New York University in 1967.[1]
Legal career
Peck began his career in 1968 as an Assistant Nassau County District Attorney. He then worked from 1976 to 1977 as a law secretary of Judge Leo McGinety. He then returned to his former position on the Nassau County District Attorney's office, where he worked until he became a Nassau County District Court Judge in 1995. In 2003, he joined the Nassau County Court.[1]
