Gerald Lostracco is a judge for the 35th Circuit Court in Shiawassee County, Michigan. He has served in this position since 1985.[1] On November 4, 2008, he was re-elected to his current 6 year term, which ends on January 1, 2015.[2][3]

Education

Lostracco received his undergraduate degree from University of Denver and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law.[4]

Career

Lostracco has worked as a private practice lawyer for the firm of Hoy and Lostracco, as a Shiawassee County Prosecuting Attorney, and for the Estate and Gift Tax Division of the Internal Revenue Service. He joined the Circuit Court bench in 1985.[1]
