Glacier County is within the 9th Judicial District. The people of Glacier County are served by a District Court, a Justice Court, and a City Court. The people of Montana are also served by a Workers' Compensation Court and a Water Court.

The United States District Court for the District of Montana has jurisdiction in Glacier County. Appeals from the District of Montana go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
