Education
Ansardi received his undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1969 and his J.D. degree from Loyola University Law School in 1976.[2]
Career
From 1969 to 1998, Ansardi was in the National Guard, where he served as a staff judge advocate and first chief of the Trial Defense Service before retiring as a lieutenant colonel. He served as a Louisiana Representative (District 92) from 1986 until his judicial election in 2008. Additionally, he was a partner and founding member of the law firm of Ansardi Maxwell & Power from 1987 to 2008. He has also worked as a magistrate and assistant city attorney in Kenner, LA. He was elected to the District Court in 2008.[2]
