The Judicial Update

June 19, 2012

Ohio: Governor John Kasich recently announced the appointment of Anjanette C. Arabian Whitman to the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court. Whitman succeeds Judge Peter Sikora, who passed away unexpectedly in April. [1]

Whitman has worked as a sole practitioner since 2003, and has also served on the Rocky River City Council since 2008.

In order to retain the appointment until the end of Sikora's unexpired term in 2016, Whitman must compete for the seat in this year's election. [1]
