Gregory County is one of fourteen counties located within the South Dakota Sixth Judicial Circuit.[1] The people of Gregory County are served by a Circuit Court and a Magistrate Court.
The United States District Court for the District of South Dakota has jurisdiction in Gregory County. Appeals from the District of South Dakota go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
