Hall County is located within the district court 9th Judicial District and the county court 9th Judicial District.

The people of Hall County are served by a District Court, a County Court and a Problem-Solving Court.

The United States District Court for the District of Nebraska has jurisdiction in Hall County. Appeals from the District of Nebraska go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
