If you're working on articles in a project, it is to your advantage to place a user badge on your user page. This gives you two advantages:
- It makes it very easy for you to get to the project page for the project you're working on, which means you can quickly re-familiarize where you were on any particular to-do list you were working on.
- It makes it easy for other users to identify who else is working on articles you are working on. This fosters your ability to collaborate with each other more readily.
You don't have to add user badges to your user page but if you do, it makes it much easier for you to find the set of pages on Judgepedia that you expect to be working with the most.
Here's a list of available project user badges.
Adding project badges to your user page
To install a user badge, you can open the edit box of your user page. Insert the code you need to install the badge you've chosen.
Since it is a template, make sure that the name of the template is enclosed in a double set of braces (curly brackets).
For example, {{User Banks}}
will produce this project badge:

How to position a user badge on the right side of the page
To make a badge appear on the right side of your page like this one, insert the following code:

Notice the bolded template code. No need to bold when you insert the code into your user page edit box. The bold indicates where you can place any user badge template name to make it appear on the right.
To make a neat box of user badges on the right, repeat this code:<br />{{User WikiProject Wisconsin}} right after the original, with your next user badge name.

How to find badges you can use
To find all of the current projects on Judgepedia, you can go to the Project Directory. Each project lists its user badge, and a badge to put on your talk page.
