Henry Clay Niles

Henry Clay Niles (1850-1918) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.
He received a recess appointment from President Benjamin Harrison on August 11, 1891 and was nominated on December 10th. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 11, 1892, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on September 26, 1918.
