Henry S. Cohn is a Superior Court judge in the New Britain district of Connecticut.

Notable rulings

Judge Cohn notably upheld a ruling from the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission that city attorney Carl Nasto pay a fine of $4oo for violating the state Freedom of Information Act. "The basis of freedom of information laws is that the public has the right to examine any public record created and retained by a public agency," Cohn wrote. ^[1]
