Henry County, Georgia

Henry County is located within the Flint Judicial Circuit of the Superior Court Sixth District.

In addition to the Superior Court the people of Henry County are served by a Probate Court, a Juvenile Court, a Magistrate Court, four Municipal Courts and a State Court.

The United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has jurisdiction in Henry County. Appeals from the Northern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
