Henry Seiler Wise (1909-1982) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.

Wise was nominated to the Eastern District of Illinois by President Lyndon Johnson on August 17, 1966, to a seat vacated by Casper Platt; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 20, 1966, and received commission the next day. He served the Eastern District of Illinois until he was reassigned to the Central District of Illinois on March 31, 1979. He served the Central District of Illinois until his death on March 16, 1982. [1] Wise was succeeded in this position by Harold Baker.
