Hezekiah Hosmer

Hezekiah Hosmer was the first Chief Justice of the Montana Supreme Court during the time that the court was a territorial court prior to Montana's statewood. He served in the position from 1864-1868, and was appointed to the court by President Abraham Lincoln on June 30, 1864.
