Howard E. McClain is a judge of the Alapaha Circuit of Georgia.[1] His current term expires in 2014.
Education
McClain received his undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his J.D. from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law. He was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1980.[2]
