Hunt County, Texas contains two judicial districts, one County Court, and two County Courts at Law. [1]

The United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas has jurisdiction in Hunt County. Appeals from the Northern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
